Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Lovegreece & Co. purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges and refunds.

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to return your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without having to give us a reason, in accordance with Greek and EU consumer protection rules.

Simply email us at [email protected] within the 14-day period, including your full name and order number, and let us know that you would like to return your purchase.

After contacting us, please send the items back within 14 days to:

The cost of returning the items is covered by the customer.

Items must be in mint condition in their original packaging with all their labels. We kindly ask that items are handled with care, as the customer may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

REFUNDS

Once a return is made under the right of withdrawal, Lovegreece & Co. will refund the amount paid for the returned products, as well as the cost of our standard initial delivery.

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we are notified of the return. We may wait until we receive the returned items, or proof that they have been sent back, before issuing the refund.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, at no additional cost to the customer.

If a customer selected a delivery option that was more expensive than our standard delivery service, the additional shipping cost is not refundable.

EXCHANGES

Would you prefer another size, colour or style? We’ll be happy to help.

Full-priced items can be exchanged when returned in their original condition, preferably with their tags and proof of purchase.

Once the return has been received and approved, Lovegreece & Co. can issue a store credit promo code for the value of the returned product. The credit can then be used to choose another available product, size or colour.

Exchanges depend on product availability. Return and new shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the original item was defective, damaged or incorrect.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items may be marked as FINAL SALE, meaning that they are not eligible for our voluntary exchange service.

This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.

SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER?

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, please email us at [email protected], including the order number and a short description of the issue.

We’ll be happy to help arrange the appropriate return, replacement or refund. In these cases, the customer will not be charged the applicable return shipping costs.

HOW TO REQUEST A WITHDRAWAL

There is no complicated form to fill in. Customers can simply email [email protected] with a clear message such as:

“I would like to withdraw from my purchase for order number __________, received on __________.

Full Name: __________”

That’s all we need to get the process started.

The right of withdrawal is subject to any exceptions provided for under applicable consumer protection legislation.
