If you are new to Lovegreece, hello and welcome! Feel free to browse through our website and share our content, but to make sure that any selections you make are safely kept in your shopping bag (and to make the shopping experience easier and more convenient in the future) please register first!
2. HOW DO I REGISTER WITH LOVEGREECE?
To register, click here and you can start shopping straight away! Just follow the easy steps on the screen and have your personal details on hand.
3. DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO SHOP WITH LOVEGREECE?
No, you don’t have to. After you’ve chosen your items, you can sign in as a guest. However, creating an account will make your online purchases faster and more enjoyable. You can place orders without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and you will be able to track your orders, receive newsletters and be informed of our special promotions.
4. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Once you have found the item you like, click on it to view the full product details, choose color and size. Then click on “Add to cart”. The item will be added to your shopping cart and you can then either choose “Continue Shopping” or “Checkout”.
5. CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
Unfortunately, we do not accept orders by phone as our stock is managed online in order to eliminate the possibility of errors. To place an order, please order online. It’s easy!
6. DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship to every part of the world. If you are far far away, it might take some time but we’ll reach you.
7. HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once your order has been completed and you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. In case you don’t receive your confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] to inform us of the details of your purchase. Please do not re-submit your order to avoid duplicate orders from getting placed. As you are a registered user, you can also view your order status by signing in with your email address and password and then clicking on “My Orders”.
8. CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible. Due to this automation, we are unable to make changes to an order after the order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
9. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders that have been confirmed and/or dispatched cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

12. WHAT IF MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION CHANGES?
Simply log in to your account by clicking on the “Sign in” button. Enter your email address and password, click on “My Account” and then on “Edit details” to make any changes. When you’re finished, click on “Update Details” and your account information will be updated.
13. WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
Click on “Sign in”, fill in your email address then click on “forgot password” and we will email it to you.
14. THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WILL YOU GET MORE IN?
Generally, we restock once a month, except in special edition items, where, unfortunately, once a product is sold out, it is not likely that we will restock it.
15. HOW CAN I SEND A LOVEGREECE GIFT?
We don’t offer gift vouchers yet, but you can send a Lovegreece gift to a loved one simply by filling in a different shipping address to the billing address.
16. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. All payments are made through PayPal so, along with your Order Confirmation message, you will receive a PayPal message as well regarding your payment to Lovegreece. For Greece only you may also choose to pay Cash on Delivery.
17. WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?
All payments are made in Euros.
18. WHAT IF MY CREDIT CARD IS DENIED?
You will see an error message on your screen immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You will then have the opportunity to enter a new card number.
19. WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX?
Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country are paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot inform of what the cost would be as it depends on the tax and duties from country to country. Please note that if customers reject the package because of customs issues, we will not be responsible for arranging any refund towards the rejected package as we have fulfilled our obligation to ship the orders to customers. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
20. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition, complete with labels, within 14 days of receipt. All you need to do is fill in the details you will find in your invoice and include them in your package to be returned. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items, we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt or exchange them with the ones you specified.
All items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package items in a suitable way to avoid any third party damage. The return should be sent using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and requires a signature as proof of delivery. Lovegreece is not liable for the cost of returning items.
